For independent primary care

The EHR built for independent primary care

Messages, results, refills, and chronic-disease follow-up need more than a place to land. Thyra connects the incoming work with the context needed to review it and decide the next step.

The clinical day extends beyond the visit.

Primary care runs on inbox volume and chronic-disease follow-through. When a legacy EHR leaves those steps manual, the team has to find the history, check prior commitments, draft a response, and work out who owns the next action.

The burden is not simply the number of messages. It is the repeated work of rebuilding context before a clinician can make a decision. A refill, a new result, and a patient question each need a clear path to review.

An inbox that brings context to the work.

The Smart Inbox triages messages, results, and refills against your protocols. It prepares drafts and surfaces them for sign-off, so the physician can compare the proposed action with the source information before deciding what happens.

The Longitudinal AI Scribe drafts documentation using the patient's timeline, not only the current visit. Relevant history and prior commitments stay part of the review, which matters when follow-up spans more than a single encounter.

Thyra's published workflow follows the work from inbox to context to draft to physician review. Overlay lets the practice evaluate that workflow alongside its existing EHR; Full EHR adds the chart when the practice is ready.

    For independent practices.

Thyra is focused on independent primary care practices where the clinical team handles both the visit and the work between visits. Start with a workflow your team can evaluate, such as message review, refills, or results follow-up.

Define the data access, responsibility for review, and next-step ownership for your practice. Review the security information alongside the workflow so that clinical fit and data handling are considered together.

    Common questions.

    How is Thyra priced?

Overlay is $300 per provider / month and runs alongside your existing EHR. Full EHR is $600 per provider / month and adds the chart. The pilot is free for one provider for 30 days. See the Pricing page for the full set of options. Any EHR connection is confirmed for the data source, permissions, and workflow before a pilot begins.

Do we have to migrate our EHR to try Thyra?

No. Thyra's Overlay runs alongside the EHR your practice already uses. Start with a focused workflow and define the data access and review boundary for your practice. A move to Full EHR is a separate decision, made when your practice is ready. Any EHR connection is confirmed for the data source, permissions, and workflow before a pilot begins.

    How does the pilot work?

Start with the application form. The pilot is free for one provider for 30 days, with no card on file. Identify the workflow you want to evaluate, agree the setup and review boundary, and use the pilot to decide whether Thyra fits your practice. Keep patient information out of the application.

Does the Smart Inbox make clinical decisions on its own?

The physician makes the final decision. The Smart Inbox supports triage and drafting against your protocols, while the review workflow keeps the source information and proposed action available for the clinician to inspect.
