Product

Thyra is a full electronic health record (EHR) for endocrinology and primary care that you can run before you switch. It unifies a Smart Inbox, a Longitudinal AI Scribe, CGM interpretation, charting, scheduling, televideo, e-prescribing, and labs on a single clinical brain — so the follow-up work that usually spills into nights and weekends happens inside one connected workflow instead of across half a dozen separate tools. Most EHRs were built by engineers for doctors. Thyra was built by a board-certified endocrinologist who got tired of burning out.

You can start Thyra as an overlay on the EHR you already have, or run it as your full chart. Either way the goal is the same: less time in the inbox, safer between-visit care, and no rip-and-replace migration to find out whether it works.

Smart Inbox

Messages, refills, and results land in one inbox already drafted against the chart, the protocol, and the visit history, with clear task ownership so nothing stalls. The point is not notification cleanup — it is turning inbox items into finished decisions. Clinics drop inbox time on a Tuesday morning, not after a six-month rollout.

Longitudinal AI Scribe

Thyra's scribe drafts notes that know the prior visit, the trending labs, the CGM data, and the protocol — not just the words spoken in the room. Every clinical statement carries an audit trail per sentence, so the source of each line is reviewable. Documentation stays grounded and defensible.

CGM and glucose interpretation

Dexcom, Libre, and Medtronic data flow in through Tidepool and are interpreted alongside labs and the note in a single view, instead of a separate portal in another browser tab. CPT 95251 is supported when clinically appropriate.

The full chart

Charting, scheduling, and the patient portal; televideo that drops the note as you talk; e-prescribing including controlled substances (EPCS) with PDMP integration at no upcharge; lab interfaces with Quest, Labcorp, and hospital systems; inbound and outbound fax; and 837 claim export to your existing clearinghouse. Everything needed to run an outpatient clinic.

Optional Revenue Cycle Management

If you choose the RCM Program, Thyra runs your billing end-to-end on the STEDI clearinghouse with a domestic team that works inside your chart — 5% of collections, outcome-priced, no per-claim fees. We get paid when you get paid.

Overlay first, full EHR when it earns it

Thyra does not require you to switch EHRs to get value. Start with the overlay ($300 per provider per month) to reduce after-hours inbox work alongside your current system, then move to the full EHR ($600 per provider per month) when it has earned the chart. A free 30-day pilot, no card on file, lets you see the inbox drop before committing.

Frequently asked questions

What is Thyra? Thyra is a full EHR for endocrinology and primary care that you can run before you switch. It unifies a Smart Inbox, a Longitudinal AI Scribe, CGM interpretation, charting, scheduling, televideo, e-prescribing, and labs on one clinical brain, so follow-up work stays in a single connected workflow instead of spread across separate tools.

Is Thyra just an AI scribe, or a full EHR? A full EHR. The AI scribe is one part. Thyra also includes the Smart Inbox, charting, scheduling, the patient portal, televideo, e-prescribing including controlled substances, labs, and optional revenue cycle management. You can also run just the workflow layer as an overlay on your existing EHR.

Can Thyra run alongside my existing EHR? Yes. Thyra can start as an overlay on the EHR you already use, adding the Smart Inbox, Longitudinal AI Scribe, and CGM interpretation without a rip-and-replace migration. Clinics reduce after-hours inbox time first, then switch to the full chart when Thyra has earned it.

What makes Thyra built for endocrinology and primary care? Thyra is designed around longitudinal, between-visit work: CGM and glucose trends via Tidepool, protocol-driven inbox triage, titration and refill workflows, and a scribe that knows the prior visits, trending labs, and the protocol. It was built by a board-certified endocrinologist.

Does Thyra support continuous glucose monitors (CGM)? Yes. Dexcom, Libre, and Medtronic data flow in through Tidepool and are interpreted alongside labs and the note. CPT 95251 is supported when clinically appropriate.

Does Thyra include controlled-substance e-prescribing (EPCS)? Yes, EPCS with PDMP integration is included in the full EHR at no upcharge.

How much does Thyra cost, and how fast is value? The overlay is $300 per provider per month and the full EHR is $600 per provider per month, with a free 30-day pilot, no card, and $0 setup. Because the overlay runs alongside your current EHR, clinics can see inbox time drop within the pilot rather than after a months-long rollout.
