Pricing

Thyra is a full EHR for endocrinology and primary care. The EHR you can try before you switch. Honest pricing. No surprises. Skin in the game. Three ways to work with Thyra: start as an overlay on the EHR you already have, switch to the full chart when Thyra has earned it, or hand us the revenue cycle when you are ready to stop chasing denials.

Pilot. Free for 30 days.

Founding cohort. One provider. JJ reviews every applicant for fit. Cancel any time, full data export included. No card on file. Open to the founding cohort only.

Overlay. $300 per provider per month.

Run alongside the EHR you already have. The painkiller before the switch.

Full EHR. $600 per provider per month. Recommended.

Everything in Overlay, plus the chart. Switch when Thyra has earned it.

Includes the CGM interpretation workflow and CPT 95251 documentation drafting. Reimbursement varies by payer.

RCM Program. 5% of collections. Outcome-priced.

Full EHR included. Thyra runs your billing end-to-end on Stedi, a modern, programmable clearinghouse. JSON-native, 3,400+ payers, real-time eligibility and remits, 99.9% uptime, HITRUST and SOC 2. Domestic team. No offshore handoff. We get paid when you get paid.

Includes the CGM interpretation workflow and CPT 95251 documentation drafting. Reimbursement varies by payer.

Sample monthly fee math: at $80,000 collections the Thyra fee is $4,000; at $160,000 collections the fee is $8,000; at $300,000 collections the fee is $15,000. Compare to typical 7 to 11 percent domestic RCM or 4 to 6 percent offshore RCM with hidden per-claim and statement fees.

Domestic, modern, accountable. If you have ever had a denial come back through three time zones, you already know why this matters.

What $600 buys, compared with a typical enterprise stack, modeled from published list pricing

Ranges below are modeled from vendors' published pricing as of mid-2026; your quotes may differ. Enterprise vendors lead with one headline number and bury the real cost in setup, modules, and variable fees. Thyra Full EHR at $600 includes the AI scribe, televideo, patient engagement, and controlled-substance e-prescribing. A typical enterprise stack adds $100 to $150 per provider per month for an AI scribe, $45 to $90 for televideo, $45 to $90 for patient engagement, $20 to $30 for controlled-substance e-prescribing, plus $3,000 to $7,000 in one-time setup and per-item variable fees of $0.24 to $1.09 on paper claims, statements, attachments, and rebills. Thyra setup is $0. Thyra has no variable fees. Migration off Thyra is free with full data export.

Frequently asked questions

Is the pilot really free? Yes. 30 days, one provider, no card on file. JJ personally reviews every applicant for fit. If the fit is wrong we tell you and refer you to a vendor that fits better.

What is included in Overlay vs Full EHR? Overlay is Smart Inbox, the Longitudinal AI Scribe, CGM and Tidepool integration, and fax. It runs alongside the EHR you already use. Full EHR adds charting, scheduling, televideo, e-prescribing including controlled substances, labs, the patient portal, and 837 claim export to your existing clearinghouse. Both tiers include the same clinical brain underneath.

What is RCM and why 5%? Revenue Cycle Management. We submit your claims, work your denials, and run your A/R on the STEDI clearinghouse with a domestic team that lives inside your chart. 5% of collections, no PEPM, no per-claim fee. Typical domestic RCM runs 7 to 11%. Offshore runs 4 to 6% but you pay for it in time-zone delays and hidden per-claim fees.

Do you charge for controlled-substance e-prescribing? No. EPCS with PDMP integration is included in Full EHR at no upcharge.

What about credit-card processing fees? Bring your own processor. We do not mark up payments and we do not bundle processing into the subscription.

What happens if I want to leave? Cancel any time. Your data is yours. We import your data free when you join and export it free if you leave. No exit fee. No legal escalation.

Why is the pilot only 30 days? Long enough to see the inbox drop and feel one full refill cycle and one set of lab results land in the chart already interpreted. Short enough that we are not pretending this is a research project.

Who is the founding cohort for? Endocrinologists and primary care physicians who are tired of the inbox and tired of vendors who do not understand the inbox. JJ reviews every fit personally.
