What $600 actually buys versus a typical enterprise EHR stack
Enterprise vendors lead with one headline number and bury the real cost in setup, modules, and variable fees. Thyra Full EHR at $600 includes the AI scribe, televideo, patient engagement, and controlled-substance e-prescribing. A typical enterprise stack adds $100 to $150 per provider per month for an AI scribe, $45 to $90 for televideo, $45 to $90 for patient engagement, $20 to $30 for controlled-substance e-prescribing, plus $3,000 to $7,000 in one-time setup and per-item variable fees of $0.24 to $1.09 on paper claims, statements, attachments, and rebills. Thyra setup is $0. Thyra has no variable fees. Migration off Thyra is free with full data export.
