Smart Inbox triages every result, message, and refill against your protocols. The Longitudinal AI Scribe drafts each note with the patient's full timeline, not just today's visit. CGM data from Dexcom, Libre, and Medtronic flows in through Tidepool and arrives in the chart already interpreted against your targets.

Scheduling, billing, patient portal, fax, e-prescribing all stay where they are. Your front desk does not retrain. Your billers do not relearn. If you choose, signed notes write back to your EHR through the same connection that read them.

Devices and continuous glucose monitoring
CGM data from Dexcom, Libre, and Medtronic flows into the chart through Tidepool. One umbrella connection, no separate logins per device. Thyra drafts the interpretation against your protocol and supports CPT 95251 billing when clinically appropriate.
Labs, imaging, and orders
Lab interfaces with Quest, Labcorp, and hospital LIS systems. Inbound results land in the Smart Inbox already trended against the prior year and flagged against your protocol. Outbound orders, including standing orders, flow through the same interface.
Televideo, fax, and patient messaging
Televideo runs inside the chart. The Longitudinal Scribe writes the note while you talk. Patients join from a link, no app install. Inbound and outbound fax are included. Patient messages route to the Smart Inbox and are drafted against the chart, the protocol, and the visit history.
Billing and clearinghouse
Full EHR includes 837 claim export to your existing clearinghouse. The optional RCM Program runs end-to-end revenue cycle on a modern clearinghouse with a domestic team that lives inside your chart.
Identity, audit, and security
HIPAA-aligned infrastructure on Google Cloud. PHI encrypted in transit and at rest. Every action on a patient record is auditable. Access is role-based and least-privilege by default. A standard Business Associate Agreement is available for every customer handling PHI.
